June 2022 | Sarasota Real Estate Market Update

The June real estate stats are in and the Sarasota market continues to grow.

 

According to data from Florida REALTORS® and compiled by the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), single family homes in Sarasota County had a median price increase of 25% and active inventory increased by 123% from a year ago. With rising interest rates across the country, the Sarasota housing market is beginning to see more and more homes available for purchase when compared to last year. Properties are still going under contract in seven days of less.
