I did some background work on recent transactions, including frequency and similarity to the types of property we wanted. Jennifer was at or near the top along every dimension I explored and her local knowledge of Siesta Key was great. Our search was dizzyingly compressed and much of it occurred remotely. Jennifer was incredibly responsive, even at odd hours. Most people think the value someone like Jennifer provides in the process is driven by identifying a property that is a great fit and negotiating a fair deal. In our case, particularly since we were remote for large portions of the process, this was just the beginning. Jennifer was incredible before, during, and, importantly, after the close. She helped identify and contact attorneys, contractors, interior designers, insurance agents, inspectors, and others. Not only was her network helpful, but she was there post-close to let people into the house and take care of everything that needed to happen. We have already referred her to friends who are now looking in the area."

Fortunately and with Jennifer's help, we found a piece of waterfront property within a community that checked all of our boxes however, because of the high demand, it was certain to sell well before we had the funds to secure a deposit. Four hours after she listed our property, we had an offer over our asking price.
